At the prestigious Stevie International Business Awards, we are delighted to have received the Gold Stevie Award in the “Customer Satisfaction Achievement” category with our Customer-Centric Transformation Journey.

The winners of our 2nd Demo Day, organized in collaboration with Bounce Partners, have been announced. We met with innovative and creative start-ups, evaluating projects that prepare users for the future with technological solutions, prioritize customer experience, and offer products and/or digital services that make life easier.

The Turkish People Management Association (Peryön) announced the winners of the 2022 People Value Awards. As Koçfinans, we are proud and excited to have received the Achievement Award in the “Engagement and Cultural Transformation Management” category.

At the Sardis Awards, organized by Kapital Media, our “Koçfinans 360 Customer Card” project won the Silver Award in the Data Strategies “Customer Acquisition and Retention Practices” category.
