Leveraging the agility of our branch-free structure, we establish membership agreements with the authorized dealers of target brands and receive customer loan applications directly through our contracted sales points.

Since 2008, under our insurance agency license, we have been offering insurance services linked to loans—such as comprehensive motor insurance, credit protection insurance, and credit life insurance. In 2022, with the establishment of our digital insurance agency, Sigola, we further enhanced accessibility, enabling consumers to easily obtain insurance products—primarily motor insurance—through our partnerships with leading insurance providers in the industry.
