At the Sardis Awards, organized by Kapital Media, our “Koçfinans 360 Customer Card” project won the Silver Award in the Data Strategies “Customer Acquisition and Retention Practices” category.

On our agile transformation journey, undertaken to be ready for the future today, we became the first company in Turkey to be certified as a 5-Star Agile Organization by the Business Agility Institute — a globally respected research and consulting organization that measures business agility maturity through the Business Agility Profile assessment.

At the Turkey CXA’22 Customer Experience Awards, organized for the second time in Turkey by Awards International: We won Gold in the CX Transformation category, Gold in the Customer Relationship Management category, and Silver in the Business Change and Transformation category.

The Turkish People Management Association (Peryön) announced the winners of the 2022 People Value Awards. As Koçfinans, we are proud and excited to have received the Achievement Award in the “Engagement and Cultural Transformation Management” category.
