The international research company IDC brought the sector together at the IDC Finance Summit. At the IDC Turkey Finance Technology Awards, Koçfinans won third place in the Digital Channels category with our Olympos – Next Generation Application and API Loan System project.
The IDC Finance Summit discussed customer-focused initiatives in the finance sector, from the evolution of new technologies into cognitive channels, to restructuring, AI projects, and transforming financial services. Awards were given to brands and investments making remarkable progress, such as the use of AI and new digital mobile payment initiatives.
While continuing our digital transformation journey with successful and solid steps, we were honored with an award for Olympos, which simplifies the loan application process and elevates the customer experience. Our Olympos – Next Generation Application and API Loan System project received third place in the Digital Channels category.
