Our Company plans the transfer and sale of a portfolio selected from its overdue receivables, consisting of non-performing pledged vehicle loans and non-vehicle loan receivables belonging to individual and commercial customers, with a total receivable amount of approximately TRY 271 million as of 31/10/2025. The details of these receivables will be specified in the tender specifications. The portfolio, together with its existing collaterals, will be offered through a sealed bid procedure, and will be sold and transferred to Asset Management Companies as a result of the tender to be physically held on 26/12/2025 at 14:30 at the following address: Koç Finansman A.Ş. Headquarters, Koç Çamlıca Business Center, A Block, Floor: 1.

The figures stated above are approximate and, pursuant to Article 18/3 of the Regulation on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Asset Management Companies and the Transactions Related to the Receivables to be Transferred, the most recent data regarding the portfolio will be provided together with the portfolio customer information.

Our Company is fully authorized to change the tender schedule, modify the portfolio value and portfolio information, switch to an open auction method as a second round if deemed necessary, make changes in the tender processes, terminate or modify the sale process at any time without providing any justification, or cancel the tender. Even if the offer and tender processes have been completed, they shall become binding for our Company only upon a Board of Directors’ resolution.
