Payment Policy

The fundamental principles of the Koç Community’s payment policy are created to align with its performance, business scale, market and competitive capacity. We use a performance-based premium system and allocate pay increases each year in January. Wages are paid 12 times and bonuses 4 times each year. We subsidies transportation, accommodation and meal expenses for employees travelling to cities outside of Istanbul.

Insurance and Pensions

All our employees belong to the Koç Holding Pension and Provident Fund Foundation and are covered by Group Health Insurance. The company pays health insurance premiums for our employees, their unemployed spouses and their children. If desired, employed spouses of our employees can be included under the insurance coverage, provided that they pay the premiums themselves. All of our employees also have personal accident insurance.

Transportation and Meals

Company bus services provide transportation to and from Anatolian and European sides of the city. We provide our employees with meal cards, and lunch is available through catering services in the Koç Çamlıca Business Center. Employees may use services provided by the catering companies whenever they wish.

Available from 09:00 to 18:00 in the Koç Çamlıca Business Center.
