
We establish the fundamental principles of our salary policy in line with performance, job size, market, and competitiveness. We implement performance-based bonus and instant reward systems. We increase salaries every January, paying our employees 12 monthly salaries and 4 bonuses per year. In addition, we provide Koç Ailem membership to all permanent employees. Various social assistance and benefits within our company are managed under our flexible benefits system, Flex+ra, in line with employee preferences.
All our employees are members of the Koç Holding Pension and Assistance Foundation. In addition to savings accounts within the foundation, all our employees are covered by the Employer Private Pension System (BES). We include all employees and their families (spouse and children) in our Private Health Insurance coverage. We also provide Personal Accident Insurance for our employees.
