As one of the companies voluntarily participating in Koç Holding’s “Koç Innovation Program,” Koçfinans held the launch ceremony of the program on March 24, with the opening speech delivered by Koç Holding CEO Levent Çakıroğlu.
Koçfinans General Manager and Innovation Leader Pınar Kitapçı shared that, since starting their transformation journey in 2014, they have focused on innovation, creativity, and customer-centricity, shaping the company’s vision and mission accordingly.
In her presentation, the innovation leader highlighted the importance of listening to the customer, emphasizing that ideas not starting from the customer deviate from innovation, and that employees’ courage is at the core of innovative ideas.
The name and logo of the “New Things” Innovation Program were unveiled through a surprise game involving Koçfinans employees. The plus signs in the logo were noted as symbols of the value to be added to the company and employees. The “New Things” Innovation Program, set to serve as a platform for future project proposals, was met with excitement among employees.
