As Turkey’s first consumer financing company, we have been providing individual and corporate credit solutions to our customers for 30 years. While investing in digitalization to best meet our customers’ needs, we have taken on a pioneering role in the sector with our On-Site R&D Center, established 5 years ago to advance our innovative approach and vision.

Our AI-powered, risk-based analytical models developed in our R&D Center enable us to deliver smarter and more personalized financing solutions. Our R&D investments also act as a driving force in creating areas for the end-to-end management of API-based financing solutions and multi-channel customer experiences.

In the upcoming period, while aiming to manage all our credit risk-based processes with AI-supported analytical models, we will continue to implement use cases with generative artificial intelligence to increase operational efficiency. By delegating repetitive operational tasks to software robots and generative AI technologies, we will position our employees in more strategic and creative roles, thereby increasing productivity within the company.
